Tuesday, Maboh 3. (Before B. H. Oarew, Esq., R,M.) .KAOBI HILIi. George Wright objected to the flssessment of part of section 13, Wiiliamstown, Maori Hill. The objection waß disallowed. David Thomson objected to the assessment of section 34, Woodhaugh, — Objection disallowed. David Thomson also objected to the assessment of section 14, Woodhaugh.—The assessment was reduced from £20 to £25, John M'Lonnan applied to have the assessment reduced on his property.—After hearing the evidence, his Worship decided that the amount could not be reduced. NOBTH EAST VALLBY. Mr Hercus applied on behalf Mr John Ross to have the valuation of seotion 50, Bast Ward, reduced, —After hearing Me Hercus and Mr Oram Ball's evidence, his Worship reduced the valuation by £100. John Dudley applied to have the assessment of section 514, East Ward, reduced, as damage had been done to the property through a road cutting.—Mr Oram Ball stated that he valued the property at £175 —The objector aaid he was willing to sell it for £125.—Assessment reduced from £10 to £8 10a.

The assessment of J. M'Cormick's property, section 54, Maple Hill, was reduced from i. 28 to £18.
