A match commenced here to-day between the English cricketers and a looal eleven. Tho former went in first, and were all put out for 205. The higheat Bcorers were: Barnes, caught, 33 ; Batea, bowled, GS ; and Attewell, caught, 27. E3 When play ceased for the day the home team had lost two wicketa for 21 runa.
