The murder nf Mr Anketell, manager, and Mr Burrup, accountant of tho Union Bank of Australia, at Roeburn, was committed on the 12th inst. Bjth victims were asleep at the time thoy were killed. The cause of the crime is as yet completely a mystery, but tracks which havo been discovered in the vicinity aro being followed up.
