_. ■ . -Bluff, July 28. Hia Excellency the Governor, Sir William Jervois, arrived at the Bluff this morning, accompanied by Major Cautley. They left for Dunedin by special train at 9,30 a.m.

„, , .Inveroargill, July 28. The Governor armed by the Waihora, and proceeded north by special train. He was met at Campbelltown and Invercargill by the Mayors of the respective places, but no special demonstration was made.

~, . Wellington, July 28. xne Hmemoa sailed for Lyttelton at noon to-day to bring up the Governor.

His Excellency arrived in Dunedin shortly after 4 o clock, and after dining at the Grand Motel mad 9 a fresh start for the Seat of Government shortly after 5 o'clock.
