Tho Hon. F. Whitaker, ex-Premier of Now Zealand, who arrived hero by the Zoalandia, proceeds to Molbourne to meet Major Atkinson, and returns with him to attend the Conference on the Pacific annexation question. Mr Dcs Vccux, Governor of Fiji, has also arrived here.
