THE HORTICULTURAL SHOW. TO THE EDITOR.
Sib, —It was quite cheering to read the remarks you quote from the garden contributor, of the Otago Witness, as to the abundance of flowers in the vicinity of Dunedin, because I have heard so many complaints of the damage done by one thing and another that I feared there were hardly any flowers to be gofc. However, I am glad to find it is not bo, and hope to see a grand display at the forthcoming horticultural show.—l am, &c, John H. Evebt.
