Tho particular work proposed to be undertaken is the construction of Gasworks for the supply of Gas to the Town of Port Chalmers. 2. The sum propoecd to be borrowed for such purpose is Six Thousand Pounds Sterling. 3. The security proposed to bo given for such Loan h the Gasworks so proposed to be constructed.
