A meeting of shareholders in tho Golden Arcli Company was called for 4 o'clock this afternoon, but owing to ihe paucity of attendance the meeting was-ad-louinci till 8 this evening. Some offers to take the mine on tribute will ba cons'dered this evening. Tho Globe contractors nro still working away at tho aerial tramway. The thins will work riirht enough, hut raoro alterations and adjustments are required Tho configuration of tho country was not Bultlcicntly ,tiuiled before the trestles were erected. Some inquiry for Darks at Sis Is being mado to-day
