NORTH-BAST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL.

Tho ordinary mccHnjf of this Council, held last evening, was attended by tho Mayor (Mr J. Green), Ors Short, M'Giath, Kiahwortb, Hchlotel, Campbell, Uirilop, Wiiito, and Anderson. REPORTS.
