Robertson and Co. to sell by public auction The whole of their valuable properties, consisting otLOT 1. Frankton Farm, containing C 25 acres and subdivided Into 12 paddocks, 'ihe buildings consist of nine-roomed dwelling - house, men's huts, barn, 12-stall stable, cow-shed, &c. This valuablo fnrm is situated on tho margin of Lako Wakatipu, and ailjoiniiu Brunswick Flourmill, and is composed entirely of low lands, every aero of which ia ploughable by D F ploughs; a great portion is at present laid down in English grasses. The whole of the land in in thorough good heart, never having been overworked, and notwithstanding the very bad season there are at present some magnificent crops of grain growing, and from its proximity to tho Lake g.ain ia worth 2d to 3d por bushel more than in any other part of the district. Also, Tho following Leasehold Sections: Sections 3, 4,6, 6, and 7, block XVIII, with four storey flourmill, with threo pair be6t French buhr stones, driven by powerful turbine; just newly eroeted, at a cost of £Buo, and capable of turning out 20 to 25 tons of flour per weok. This mill, from its situation-Frankton Fallscommands ono of tho beat water-powers in Now Zoaland. Also, About 1500 cords of mixed firewood, 30,000 feet sawn timber, 3 powerful winches, blocks, ropo, turbine, building materials, ironniontjory, corrugated iron, large quantity of stores and merchandise, 2 safes, &c The Auctioneer would draw especial attention of speculators and others to this sale. The whole will be sold absolutely without reserve, in consequence of dissolution of partnership of Messrs J. W. Robertson and Co., and their determination of retiring from iHßlness.
