TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Mr Orbell wants a fact. Here is one. A gentleman "who owns a run not a hundred miles from Mr Orbell's has received a letter from a friend of his in Tasmania, who says that after giving ferrets a trial in Tasmania for many yeara they are found to be of no use in exterminating the rabbits, and that the runholders have nad to fall bock on the poison. —I am, &c, Pringle F.
