Friday, 9th December. (BeforoE. H. Carow, Esq., R.M.) Moss Moss v. R. Wall—Claim £s.—Tlio defendant did not appear, and judgment was given for the plaintiff, with costs. Neill and Co. v. J. Kuhtee.—Claim £59 13s Cd.—Judgment was given for tho plaintiffs, with costs. „„„,„„, J. Reeves v. J. Solomon.—Claim £2113s 9d, for work dono.—Mr Harvey appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Howorth for the defendant. —Judgment was given for the plaintiff, with
costs. W. Henderson v. A. J. S. Gibbs and othors. —Claim £7 10a, money paid for shares in a company to be called the Caledonian Goldmining Company which was never established. —Mr Lewis appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr P. Chapman for the defendants.—Some evidence having been heard, the caso was adjourned till the 9th of January, 1882. C. Bilson v. J. Campbell.—Claim £11 Is Gd. —In this ease, previously heard, hia Worship gave judgment for the plaintiff for £1 4s. B. C, Oalverley v. V. W. Williamson.— Claim £1, damages for -trespass of cattle.— Judgment waa given for the defendant. R. Goodisson v. A. Goodlet.—Claim £13, price of a horso aold.—Mr F. Chapman appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Denniston for .the defendant—Plaintiff was nonsuited. J. R. Carter ». J. Pattillo.—Claim £00, for •work done.—Mr Adams appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Denniston for the defendant. Aftor some evidence had been heard, tho caae waa adjourned till Monday.
