DUNEDIN PRESBYTERY.

A meeting of the Dunedin Presbytery was held in the hall of the Firat Church yeaterday iiftemo»n for the purpose of considering applications from the congregations of Mornington and North Dunedin for moderation in calls. There were present—Revs. R. R. M. Sutherland (moderator), Dr Stuart, A. G. Boyd, L. Mackie, J. M. Eraser, J. Ryley, and Finlayaon, and Mr R. Mackay (elder). The Rev. L. Mackie supported the application from Mornington, and on his motion it waa unanimously agreed that the Presbytery should meet at Mornington on Wedneaday, the 21st inst., the Rev. Mr Boyd to preaide and preach. The application from the North Dunedin congregation waa supported by the Rev. R. R. M. Sutherland, who moved that the Presbytery meet in the North Dunedin Church on Thursday, the 22nd inst., at 7.30 p.m. The motion was seconded by tho Rev. Mr Eraser, and carried unanimously. The Rev. L. Mackie j was appointed to. preside and preach.
