In the course of his address Captain Barry will give particulars o! his INTERVIEW WITH THE TICHBORNE CLAIMANT, of his efforts to induce the Emigration of Capitalists to the Colony, and of the courteousness shown to him by the nobility of England. The Lecturer will also produce and lead a letter sent to him by Queen Victoria, thanking him for the"' volume of his work presented to her Majesty, and will also give his views on the state of social and political matters in Great Britain. ; '- ' ■ Horace Bastings, Esq., has kindly consented to take the1 Chair.
