MKADWAY. The plaintiff claimed LlO5 for dam^g•^s f..r breach of agreement to employ Mm fur a tjrrn of three years as a lawyer's clerk, and wa^es due. The defence was : " Tlial; the defendant did not d'smis^ t'.e p'aintfl from h's service ; the iil'iintiff lift and quilted the service if the defendant of his o»i accord, and wrongfully ; and the plaintiff was incompetent and careles. in tbe jurformancj of the wirk and duties which tbe ilefeadant required him to perform." Mr Dennistou appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr J. H. Harris frr the defendant.
