NEW MEMBERS.
Nineteen gentlemen were proposed as members of the Club,
OTAGO CRICKET ASSOCIATION.
The ChairMxVN briefly referred to the establishment of the. above Assoewtfcm last year, and then read the following letter :— '
Dunedin, September 14tb, 1577. Mr Tait, Esq., Dear Sir—l have been directed by the Committee of the Otago Cricket Association to ask you to call the attention of the members of your Club to -the, annual meeting of the Asso ci&tion, which wiil be held.on Wednesday next. The Committee feeling; anxious that a good working staff of ofiicers should succeed them, desire the attendance pf. all .cricketers on that occasion.—l am, &ci,

On the motion of Mr John O. Eva, a vote of thanks to the retiring office bearers of the Ciub, and also to Mr W. D. Meares, their late President, was carried. '
