.;,, A: somewhat remarkable case of an alleged stealinff of 1000 sacks" cf oats has been preferred against a well:kn6wh miller in town. The case was brought forward last Tuesday, but adjeuraed till today. He was admitted to bail in two sureties of £100 and his own recognisance of £200. When the case was called, on today, both counsel agreed to a further adjournment till the Sth, which the Bench granted, accusedbeing allowed liberty on-his own recognisances of £200. It is understood tbat the charge arises out of disputed possession of property. ;■-.''
