The leases will be for 14 years, with Ml valuation for improvements, or right of renewal for a similar period on equitable terms; the terms beincr the same as those of the Invercargill Corporation Leases, which have given so much satisfaction, and which are considered by mam to confer a tenure equal to freehold, with the additional advantage of leaving the money ordinarily required for purchase still available by the lessee as working capital.
