Barxktt and Co. sold yesterday, by order of the Public Trustee, leasehold property—of the intestate estate of Mr James Walker—in Dowling street, near the Bell Tower. The lease, which extends to March, 1876, is of sections 45, 46, and 55, block XIII., at a ground rent of £60, lessee having right to remove buildings,, and present gross annual rental, £244 12s.
