Harlborongh, on Wednesday, the 2(sth November, 1873, at 2 o'clock, j THE VERNON RUN, NE4II BLTSNItEIMj In the Province of Marlborough, New Zealand, Part of the Estate of Henry Redwood, Esq., deceased. The Bun lies in one compact Block, and comprises the three properties known as DASHWOOD'S, WITBER'S, AND THE VERNON RUJNS, Containing in all about Thirty-five Thousand Acres of Freehold, and Fourteen Hundred of Leasehold Land, bounded by the sea and the river Awatere on two sides, and a complete fence on. the other two; it is alia, divided by other fences into three main Paddocks. About Six thousand Acres are flat, and the richest Agricultural Land in the Piovince ; the remainder consists of low hills, the whole covered with Grass of the best possible quality. The Wool-sheds are surrounded by English Grass Paddocks, conveniently arranged for shearing. The House is new and large, and, together with the Sheds, Yards, Dip Boilers, and other plant, in firstclass working order. They are situated seven miles from Blenheim and three and a half' from the Shipping Port, with a good level road to both places. Twenty-five Thousand SHEEP will be delivered with the Eun on January 1, 1874, which, with their increase, the Run will carry in first-class order. From the character of the Land, and the unusual facilities existing for working the Bun, the net yearly returns are nearly otic-third more in proportion than those of any other Run in the Province ; and it is believed that so fine a property in every respect cannot be found in New Zealand.
