EXTENSION OF TIME. mENDERS will he received at this -L Office until TUESDAY, the 30th day of April, 1572, for DEBENTURES, with coupons attached, to the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND POUNDS, to be issueil under the authority of the " Nelson City Loan Act, 1871." Each Debenture will be for the Sum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, braring SIX PER CENT. INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and subject in all respects to the conditions as to security and payment of interest, provided in the above-mentioned Act. The Debentures will be made pßyable in Thirty Years from the date of issue, with interest at the above-mentioned rate, payable half-yearly at this Office.
