The amount of Customs Revenue reoelved to-day on goods cleared for consumption wag as follows, viz. :—
Mr John Brook, Manse street, reports:— The produce market remains very quiet, but generally with little alteration in value. Batter continues with a downward tendency, the provincial supply being in excess of the demand. Roll bacon and hams are scarce and in, demand, at a slightly improved value.—Flour, Ll2 to Ll3 per ton; oatmeal, L2l do ; pearl barley, L2B do ; wheat, 5s 3d per bushel ; oats, 3s 3d ; barley, 5s 6d do ; maize, 5s 3d do; bran, L 5 per ton; pollard, L 5 10s do; hay, L 6 do; chaff, L 4 10s do ; straw, L 2 10s do ; potatoes, L 3 5s do; do, new, L 8 to LlO do; carrots, L 3 do; butter, 9dperlb; chesse, 9ddo; bacon and hams, lOd do ; bags/14s per dozen. :
