John M'Nichol and George Watt were fined respectively 5s and 10s each, having the alternative of 24 hours' imprisonment.

VAGRANCY.

Catherine Ainslie, charged with this offence, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, with hard labour.

STEALING FROM THE PERSON,
