The Equator was crossed on the 12th of February, in long. 23 •15 W,' After losing the tr&dta, variable winds were experienced until paa*ing Gough Mand on the 10th of March ; leading winds from the northward aud eastward then enabled her to lay her course. The meridian of Greenwich was crossed on the 13th, and that j of the Cape on the 18th of the same month. Light westerly breezes then prevailed to long. 45 E., when they increased and blew fresh until she reached GG JS. on tho lst instant, when a heavy E.N.E. gale was encountered for twenty-four hours, and the ohip kept head-reaching under clone reefed topsiils until the morning of the 2nd. Otago light waa sighted on hunday evening, but owing to a light air and northerly current she was drifted past the Port. The Mindora brings a largo cargo of general merchandise and a few passengers. The health of the ship has been good throughout the passage, no sickness baying occurred. Previous to arrival, tbe passengers presented Captain Cameron with the address which appears in another column expressive of their esteem and confidence in him as a commander.
