fair wind, which, from appearances, will probably take her clear of Foveaux Strait. The ketch Lloyd's Herald, for Invercargill, beat out in the forenoon.
The schooner Dancing Wave, which had brought up in the lower part of the Cross Channel, also beat out yesterday, her destination being Tiraaru. The ps. Coraerang sailed last evening on her regular trip to Lyttelton and intermediate ports, with cargo and passengers. The s.s. Ahuriri, which is announced to sail to-day, will take a large cargo for the Northern Ports. r •
