PBOPEBTIES FOR SALE, VALUABLE ESTATE IK THE MOLYNEUX DISTRICT, TO BE SOLD, on advantageous terms; Or LET, with a purchasing clause. riIHE Proprietors of the beautifully -*- situated and valuable Estate of KURIWAO, containing the whole of tho arable land in Blocks 1 and 2, Kuriwao, Popotunoa Hundred, having completed their improvements, are now prepared to receive offers to purchase it, or to take it on lease, with a purchasing clause, for such number of years as may be agreed on. The property consists of— 3 715 -^crcs Freehold all fenced and sub-divided, of which about 900 Acres have been ploughed, and aro being laid down in English grass. It forms a magnificent plain of fertile soil, bounded on two sides by fche Kuriwao and Waiwera rivers, likoly to be fully stocked with salmon, the Government breedingponds being on the lower part of tho latter river. Tho water-power may be easily applied for economical or manufacturing purposes, and there ia a picturesque waterfall on the Kuriwao, of much natural beauty. The great South road, and tho Township of CLINTON, which will eventually become tho central mart for the district south of the Molyneux, adjoin the property. The grand through line of Railway, contemplated betwixt Dunedin and tho Bluff, must pass iv the close vicinity. At present, the wooi is* shipped by the Tuapeka steamer ou the Molyneux, at tho Pomahaka store, only ten miles distant; and when the Southern Railway is completed to Clutha Ferry, the terminus will be within twenty miles, so that fat stock may bo transported to Dunedin with facility. There are so many advantages in tho situation, that it may be said to bo unrivalled. Besides the freehold, and adjoining it, there are two Educational Sections of 284 acres, and a richly grassed small Run of 350U Acreo held under lease from tho Government.
