(To the Editor of the Otago Daily Times.) Srit—My attention has been called to a paragraph in a recent issue of the JJaU»j Titn%t, which states that I have recommended the Town Council of Queenstown to get up a memorial to the Executive Council of the Colony against the sale of tho Wakatip Buns. 1 think it would have been fair to state that I had previously recommended that a memorial to the same eject should be Bent to His Honor the Superintendent and the Speaker of the Provincial Council.-! am, H / H , uonTON .
