Tallow markets dull. Prices declined Gd per cwt for P.Y.C; old now 40s; Australian has given way Gd to Is since our last. Leather is in good quantity. Of the Australian (ifllred at the public sale a half has been disposed of at previous rates. Of bones and horns no public sales. Hides are in fair demand. A good quantity lias been sold at stead}' prices. Oils. —Linseed is dull, and prices lower, ."52s CJ ; rape, lower ; brown, 41s (id; refined, 44s (id ; olive, better. Prices of cocoa are not lower: good Sydney brings 3Gs to .'J7s. Spirits.—Riim is lower a penny a gallon than last prices. Jamaica is quoted at 2s Gd to .'53 (id ; brandies, firm; gin and geneva steady. Metals.—A large business in spelter at LID on the spot. Of copper the quotations are nominal—Hurra, L9O ; Knpunda, Lf)2; Wallaroo, LOS; quicksilver, Lh. In sugar a hire Im-miess has been done at Is per cwt above last month's prices. The stock is 55.000 tons more than last year. C'ofT.e—Native OeyJon is lower; common to fine ordinary, (>(!.s. to 71s. Large salts of plantation at full prices. Corn.—Wheat and barley steady. Sales of oats at an advance of Is per quarter. Provisions.—Butter is in d; inand at full prices ; also Irish hams and bacon. Cheese is dearer.
