THE Wardens of the Dunediu Hundred hereby give notice that ,in accordancs with their Bye Law No.. 6, all persons depasturing stock on the Dunedin Hundred, are required to furnish to the Wardens, within fourteen days from this date, a return, shewing the number, brands, and description of all stock above six months old, they have depasturing in the said Hundred. Should any person take out a license for depasturing stock thereon after this date, he or she shall make a similar return lb the Wardens within one week from the time of depasturing tbe said stock, or taking out the license for the same ; and any: party failing to make the above returns, or shall make a false return, will te liable'-'to. pay for every such offence a sum not exceeding five pounds, and the said slock will te liable to be impounded. And, in accordance with their Bye Law ]INo 11, any stock depasturing on the said Hundred, not being the property of, or in custody of a license holder, or being the property of, or in custody of a licensed holder, but depastured in contravention of any Bye Law duly passed, will be impounded, and the owntr or custoiian of such stock will he proceeded against for trespass, and shall forfeit and pay for every such offence a sum not exceeding five pounds.
