An assignment had been made for the creditors in this estate in obedience to an order' of the Court, and a final order of discharge was granted. ■ , RE GEORGE. J. WITTALS. In this estate the insolvent had placed all his effects in the hands of assignees for. the benefit of his creditors, and a final order of discharge was granted. . .. _ . RE THeMAS SCLATER. The insolvent was examined at some length by Mr Macgregor, who appeared on behalf of Messrs Cleve Bros. There were only two creditors, and an assignment was made to "Mr Cleve for their benefit. A final order was granted. . RE HYMAH 00HEN. Mr Cooke and Mr Prendergast appeared for • some of. the creditors in this estate, and examined the insolvent at great length relative to the balance-sh°et produced. They urged that the insolvent had not evinced sufficient care in his trading transactions, and opposed the granting of a final'order. Mr Ward appeared an■ peared on behalf of the insolvent.
