GILLIES AND STREET have been instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Otago, under authority of an order of Court in the case Karris y Jones, to sell by public auction, at their Rooms, Princes-street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 27th day of August instant, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, The. interest of the defendant Henry Jones in all and whole that leasehold property situate in Stafford-street, Dunedin, lately occupied by the said Henry Jones, and by one Robert Wilson, under and by virtue of a Deed of Lease from Henry Farley to the said Henry Jones, bearing date lOtlj October, 18G1. The said leasehold property is part of Section 23, Block VI., Duuedin, and has a frontage to Stafibrd-street of 50 feet by 165 feet iv depth, and on it are the premises presently occupied by Messrs.
