The storemnn went inside as if to procure it, but turned round and said, " Will you not take a fifty pound ba-r 1" which the other declined to do. The rtoreman then said "He did not care about selling." Should this meet the eye of the man who wanted to buy the flour "n the day abovementioned, at Miller's Flat, he is earnestly requested to forward his name and address to the Commissioner of Police, Dunedin, without delay. XN the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland Districts. — Estate of Konald Al'Murdo, deceased, intestate—All persons having claims against the estate of Ronald MMurdo, late of Benmore Station, Otago, deceased, intestate, and against >he late firm of M'Murdo and Hodgkinson, lately carrying on business as Sheep Farmers and Graziers, in the Province of Otago, are required, on or before the 29th day of June, now next, to come in, and prove their claims at the office of the Registrar of the said Court, in the Court House, Dunedin ; or in default, such persons will not be recognised a? claimants, and will not be entitled to auy benefit from the said intestate estate. • Tuesday, the 30ih day of June next, at ten of the clock in the forenoon, at the Registrar's, aforesaid, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the eiainis.
