.SiWy—Will the writer of. " Seasonable hints upon Gardening in Ota<;o," kindly arfswer the following queries?. Ist. What injurious effect will exposure to the Bun have on potatoes intended for seed ] 2nd. Is it safe io cover potatoes a foot thick with straw, and a foot thick with mould at this season of the year: 3rd. Is the present the best month for sowing winter onions? 4th Isit safe to prune gooseberry and currant bushes in March ? sth. Is it advisable to plant out young hawthorn during the present month.
