P. | MORSE. j fT^HE Undersigned, having been instructed by the X Trustees to realize the whole of the real and personal properties of the above estate,, is now prepared to treat wi*h intending purchasers' fdr the purchase of any or all of the following valuable freehold and leasehold properties—namely :— Ist. TWELVE SECTIONS OF LAND, On the high land a little above the Shamrock Hotel, in Rattray-street, On part of these sections are built Three Cottages, All Let, and a Fuur-rooined House, at present unlet. One of the Sections of Land is Let for L2O per . annum, and there are nearly four years to run of the lease of this property, and only L 5 per annum ground rent will be charged during the currency of this lease. 2nd.
