BY Deed, dated the Twenty-sixth day of February One thousand eiebc hundred aud sixty-three, made between JAMKS itIDDELL, therein described, of the first part, JOHN FARGIK and JOHN SIBBALD, therpin respectively described, of the second part, and the several other persons, creditors of the said James Riddell, executing the said, deed, of the third purr: the'said James Riddell assigned, all and singular the debts, monies, and securities for; money, goods, chattels, personal estate and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, of him the said James Itiddell, upon trust to sell and convert into money such part tliweof as shall not consist of ready money, and, after paying all expenses, to pay and satisfy, so far as the residue of..the sai'i monies realised by the said sale will extend; the creditors of the said James Itiddell, who shall by themselves or their agent*, or in the name of their partnership firms, execute the said deed, the amount of debts due or owing to them respectively from the soid James Riddell, rnteably and proporlionably.
