No entries will be received for any of the Races except upon tliis condition :—That all disputes, objections, claims and complaints arising out of the racing, shall be disposed of by a majority of the Stewards,-'.vhose decision upon alt matters connected with the foregoing programme will be final. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (except the Hack Races), unless he bo a subscriber to the race fund of not less than 3 boys with the rxception of members of the Otago Jockey Club, who shall be qualified on payment of 1 soy. Al entries to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age and pedigree of the horse; name of the owner, and colors of the rider. Sealed entries to be made at the Provincial Hotel previous to eight o'clock, addressed to the Stewards, on Wednesday, 18th February. The Handicaps for Hurdle Race and Steeple Chase will be declared on Wednesday, 25th. Mares and geldings allowed 3 lb. The Rules of the Otago Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to.
