Sir, In your remarks on Major Bichnrdson'3 requisition this morning, you allude to it as having " only attracted 108 signatures after being circulated ■, fair and wide for a lengthened period." This, is not , correct. By far tbe greater portion of the names weie obtained in Dunedin, by two individuals, in two i hours, three days ago. . - ■■ ■ , 7" The signers of tho requisitibn," you also say. and , correctly enough, "not being confined to those who '-'' are entitled to vote."
