No entries will be received for any of the Races, except upon this condition:—That all disputes, oblections, claims and complaints arising out of the racing, shall be disposed of by a majority of the Stewards, .vhose decision upon all matters connected with the foreeping programme will be final. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (except the Hack Kaees), unless he be a subscriber to the race fund of not less than S soys, with the exception of members of the Otago Jockey Club, -who shall be qualified on payment of 1 soy.
