NOTICE, BY Deed dated the l?th day of February, 1863, Alexander M/Leod and James Gibson, of Dunedin and elsewhere, in the Province of Otago, Merchants, Storekeepers, and Co-partners, have assigned all their Estate and Effects (except their freehold and leasehold properties, which are conveyed and assigned by separate deeds) unto James Rattray, Lewis Sampson, and Edmund Edward Colston Quick, severally of Dunedin aforesaid, Merchants, as Trustees, in trust, to sell the said estate and effects, and the said freehold and leasehold properties, a#d, after paying expenses, to pay and satisfy, so far as the trust monies will extend, to tlie creditors of the said Alexander M'Leod and James Gibson, who shall by themselves, or a.ttornies, or agents, or in the name or names of their partnership firms, execute the said deed, the amount of the debts due or owing to them respectively from the said Alexander M'Leod and James Gibson, rateably and proportionally, and without any preference or priority, but subject to the provisions thereinafter contained. All monies owing to the estate are to be paid to the trustees, and creditors intending to come in under the deed, should execute the same before ihe 81st flay of March, 1863.
