TAMES LAWRANCE has received instructions to O sell by auction, at Lloyd's Rooms, Collins-street;, Melbourne, on an early day in December, The iron paddle steamer , Moulgewankie, of the :.;. following dimensions,namely: -Length, 100 feet; beam, 12 do; depth, 5 do. Nominal horse power 30, capable of working up to 50. .Draft of water light, with fuel, only 15 inches. , This vessel will be sold ready for sea with masts, spars, sails, rigging, Ac, &c. and can sail immediately on completion of purchase. The auctioneers beg particularly to remark that this beautiful steamer was designed and bnilt by the celebrated engineers, Messrs Napier and Sons, of London, and fitted up under their special control. Her machinery has all the .modern improvements for economising the fuel, and smallness of space. Her cabin accommodation on deck is very superior, and her hold is capable of carrying a moderate quantity of cargo in a very light draught of water. She is altogether one of the most eligible steamships; particularly adapted for shallow waters, more especially for the rivers of New Zealand and Queensland.
