(Totlie Editor of tlia Daily Times.) Sir, Boing an elector of No. 1 Ward I was more than astonished to find that, when recording my vote another person was also allowed to record his vote although his name did not appear on the Katepayers' I at once entewd a protest against the said person's vote being received j and I only now bring it under your notice to show what means have been resorted to secure certain members their election.
