CHEYNB, Clerk to the Road Board. ~VT OTICE IS HEREBY given that Richard Jen±_H kir*s of Dunedin, Province of Otago, New Zealand, Hotel-keeper, has by deed of assignment, bearing date the nineteenth day of November, 1862, and made between the said Richard Jenkins of the first part, James Jones of Dunedin, aforesaid, merchant, and Alexander M'Leod of the same place, merchant, of the second part; and the several other persons' Avhose names and seals are subscribed to the said assignment of the third part, assigned all his personal estate and efFects to the said James Jones and Alexander M'Leod (except in the said deed is mentioned), in trust for the equal benefit of such creditors of the said Richard Jenkins as shall execute the said deed of assignment., on or before the third day of December next ; and notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature, by and on behalf of the tsaid creditors of the said Richard Jenkins, at she office of Messrs lioworth and Graham, in Princesstreet,, Dunedin, aforesaid, Solicitors; and that all creditors failing to sign the same, on or before the third day of December next, will be excluded from the benefit of the same deed. : Dated this nineteenth day of December, a n 1862 lIOWORTH and GRAHAM.
