Great inconvenience having been caused by the collecting of subscriptions during the currency of a quarter, subscribers are respectfully informed that, in future the quarters will date respectively from'the. Ist of January, April, July, and October. Subscribers whose papers are irregularly delivered, are particularly .requested"to communicate with the publisher.
