Ward, for th» accused, objected that notice in writing had not been — given to the constable by two ratepayers, as was required by the Ordihanoe. The Magistrate said that the case must fall, bat the reused would jiot be permitted to continue, as she had hitherto notoriously been, the greatest possible nuisance to all her nefrbl boors.
