NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS AND OTHERS. On and after Monday, the :25th August, the price of the Duihj Times will be for a single copy, Gd., and to subscribers, 20s. per quarter. This step is found necessary, not only becaust since the excitement concerning the new d'ogings, the proprietors have had to raise Compositor's wages fifty per cent., namely, from Is. 6J. to 2s. 3d. per thousand, but also, because the present prices are inadequate —they were originally fixed when the paper was a quarter its present size.
