"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, by Indcn1M ture dated "the 28th day of August, 1862, ami made between Joseph Sykcs Webb, Frederic I'antlin and Charles William Craven Webb, all of Dunedin, ■ Merchants, trading under the style or firm of " Webb Pantlin & C 0.," of the first part, and John Thomas Wright and James Ilattray, both of Dunedin, aforesaid, Merchants, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, and who are also respectively named in the schedule thereunder written, being severally creditors in.their own right or in co-partnership, or beinj? agents or attornies of creditors of the said Joseph Sykes Webb, Frederic Pantlin, and Oharlfia William Craven Webb of the third part. The faid Joseph Sykes Webb, Frederic Pantlin, and Charles, Wiliiam Craven Webb, for the consideration therein mentioned, granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, an I set over unto the said John Thomas Wright and Jaraes Rattray, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, all and singular the freehold and leasehold estate, merchandize, stock-in-trade, book debts, credits, >vms of money, goods, chattels, and effects of them, and of each of them, the said Joseph Sykes Webb, Frederic Pantlin, and Charles William Craven Webb, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, on certain trust therein men-* tioniid, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Joseph Sykes Webb, Frederic Pantlin, and Charles William Craven Webb. And Notice is hereby further given, that the said Indenture is now lying at the office of Mr. E. P. Kenyon, in Manse-street, Dunedin, Solicitor, for inspection and execution by the creditors of the said Joseph Sykes Webb, Frederic Pantlin, and Charles William Craven Webb.
