All that excellent assortment of building materials now laid out for inspection in lots, and consisting of 4x 3, 6x 3, 3x 2. and other squared Umbers, in lengths varying from 10 to 36 feet: 6xl, and 9xl--flooring boards, 7 inch feather-edged weather boards shelving and skirting boards, doors, and door-jambs (ready frauned), sashes and casements, and about 6,000 of the best burnt imported bricks, eqail in quality to fire bricks, and a numerious assortment of best fitting^ The Auctioneer, in requesting a full attendance of the respectable inhabitants of Dunedin, feels that he has but to mention that the above are the materials o which THE MANSE was constructed, the residence of Rev.
