Blocks 1, 2, and 3. ■VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Blocks 1, 1\ 2, and 'A, of the Pomahaka District, will be open for Application on MONDAY, the 15th day of September, and the Applications decided on THURSDAY, the 25th day of September, 1862. The land comprised withiu these three Blocks is situate between the Pomaliaka and the Clutha; and is about 20 miles north from the Clutha Ferry. He is known to be a hard drinker, and it is not improbable tluit he may be found at some bush public house, or way side shanty in the neighborhood of Oamaru or the Wjutaki. Meantime the two men, Jcnes' and M'Giivrny, are in custody ; and any information of M'CJay will be thankfully received by the Commissioner of Police.
