Government Notice POMAHAKA DISTRICT, BtOCKS 1, 2, AND 3. ■VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Blocks 1, J_> 2, and 3, of the Pomahaka District, will be open for Application ou MONDAY, the 15th day of September, and the Applications decided on THURSDAY, the 25th day of September, 1862. Notice is hereby given that n, hitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal Business, will be holdon at the Court House Dunedin, on Tuesday the 16th day of September next, at eleven o'clock, in the forenoon, and that a sitting for the despatch of Civil Business will be holcleu at the Court House aforesaid, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which times and place persons under recognisance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses are required to give their attendance.
