The proprietors of the Otago Daily Tim will present to the writer of the lmst Pamphlet on tht advantages of Separation, a Prize of Fifty Sovereigns or a Silver Cup ofthe same value, at the option of the winner, and the Separation League will present n ?urse ol Twenty Sovereigns for the second best 'amphlet.
